The space
This is a true mountain property. The road is 1-lane and steep. 4wheel drive is not required but recommended. Any cars that have been lowered to the ground may have issues. That being said, I drive my stock 2wheel drive Honda accord up just fine. Any questions please ask.
Maximum Parking: 3 Vehicles.

Trash services: Due to the property being remote and mountainous there is not trash services provided by the city/county. There is a county dump that is open every day during normal hours. We request our guests take trash with them upon departure. The city dump is about 5miles down the road.

If taking trash to the dump is something that will frustrate you or be part of a reason of writing a negative review we recommend you not to book our property. We get it…it’s not for everyone, we just want everyone to know before hand. We have looked into a private trash company but currently there are no companies able to get up to our property with their large trash trucks…so it is the responsibility of the guests.

The dome is a unique structure that does come with certain challenges. Glamping domes are more sensitive to external conditions. The dome is insulated and conditioned but with heat of summer and cold of winter make certain temperature ranges more difficult to achieve and maintain.

There is a single minisplit AC/Heater on the wall above the master bed. So be aware that other areas of the dome may be cooler or warmer than others.
