Tucked into several acres of woods with a creek along the back, the enchanting A-frame is perfect for a couple's getaway, a small family or girls trip. Relax on the back porch with a cup of coffee, surrounded by nature & the sound of birdsongs and the rippling creek; work out on one of the porches then take an outdoor shower; or roast s'mores over a cozy fire in the firepit. The house is well stocked with plenty of amenities and minutes away are the conveniences of charming small town Abbeville.

The space
The Wilewood A-frame is brand new, custom built in 2025. It is small (around 550 square feet) but packed with lots of things for you to enjoy!
INDOOR LIVING:
Bathroom has a tiled shower featuring a luxurious shower system with a 10" rainfall shower head. There are towels & washcloths as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, air fryer, personal size blender, electric kettle, hand mixer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishware & flatware & glassware, as well as basics like coffee & tea, oil, cooking spray, salt & pepper. There is bar seating for 4.
The main sleeping area is a queen bed in the loft, at the top of the spiral staircase.
Downstairs the cream Koala couch unfolds into a full sized mattress for additional sleeping space.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
RECENTLY ADDED!! Polar Dive tub for those who enjoy a cold plunge!
The back deck features a Weber gas grill and a dining table that seats 4.
Down the spiral staircase is another porch with a double egg chair, an outdoor shower, and a basket with workout equipment including yoga mats, 5 and 10 lb weights, resistance bands, a foam roller and more. COMING SEPTEMBER 2025 this space will also have a hot tub!
Behind this area is an opening underneath the house that has string lights and a 2 person hammock to relax on.
Down the hill behind the house we have a wood fire pit area with firewood for you to use, stump seats cut from logs 😉 and further on back is the creek.

Guests can request early check-in or late check-out subject to availability with other guests and cleaning schedules. There is a $15 Fee for every hour of early check-in or late check-out.
Guests are free to explore the entire property.

Other things to note
We try to think of everything, but in case you may need something that is not available please let us know!

Please note that this is a small house so there may be areas, especially going up the spiral staircase, that are a bit tight and you may need to watch your head.

The areas behind the house such as the creek and the fire pit area are down a moderately steep hill.. please use these areas at your own risk.
